• Player Data: Your server logs may capture IP addresses and usernames of players. You (the User) are the “Data Controller” for this player data. We act as the “Data Processor.”
• Public Visibility: Game servers often broadcast IP, port, and status publicly to server lists. We cannot hide your server IP if the protocol requires it to be public.

• Active Accounts: We retain personal information for as long as your account is active to provide the Service.
• Terminated Accounts: Upon cancellation/termination, server data (files) is permanently deleted within 1-2 minutes.
• Legal Records: Billing, invoice, and transaction records may be retained for 2 years to comply with tax/accounting laws.
